Pros
I enjoy the flexibility. I can work with assignments that fit my schedule and my needs. I can add assignment when I need more income or take on less when I need more time for other responsibilities. It creates the perfect work-family-life balance.
Cons
Although classes are taught in person and tutoring is in person, management is all done remotely. Therefore there aren't a lot of opportunities to see co-workers or managers. It's difficult to feel connected to fellow staff.
