      Flexible schedule - able to work from home if needed. Co-workers are pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      A lot of pushback for work that you want to get done. Either we don't have the time or resources. Skill level of employees seem to be lacking.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.
