--Low pay --No room for advancement. --Lack of adequate communication between management and employees. --Lack of diversity in management --An unwillingness to try new educational methods and technologies. --More profit-driven and less focused on creating genuine relationships with customers --Much of the staff works remotely, so a sense of genuine community in the company is lost.
