Pros
Kaplan are a very large organisation and have a wide variety of internal opportunities for staff once you've proved yourself within a role. Job roles tend to be very clearly defined, fairly easy to see what you need to do to succeed. I met some hugely site talented managers who really worked hard to develop staff and provide chances for people. I'm grateful for my time with Kaplan.
Cons
Some high-level decision making may make sense at a regional or global level but can be baffling for staff at lower levels. Ongoing 'initiatives' can be counter-productive and suck energy and enthusiasm away from staff. This seems to be my experience of just about every large corporate though.
