Pros
People are really nice and generally fun environment. If the organization was functional, I'd never want to leave.
Cons
Senior leadership is always changing things, but not with any rhyme or reason that I can see. Constant management shuffles or restructure, lots of meetings to go around in circles, and LEAN process discussions that result in work that is not LEAN.
