flexible schedule to work only where you want and work as little as you like decent pay for a side job (some test companies won't pay for prep) in addition to a 9-5 easy to leave and get rehired
Cons
getting hired and starting work took 6 months because of restructuring, i got overlooked not enough hours for those who want it management is incompetent, always seeking a scapegoat only focused on money, more than employee and customer experience no room for corporate advancement, though I was an internal candidate, they never got back to me
