      Work/life balance is excellent, coworkers are genuinely nice and easy to get along with

      Cons

      Ineffectual leadership, little to no growth opportunities in the company, pays well below market rate for engineers, outdated technology is holding the company back, no job security due to frequent layoffs and company restructures
