Pros
A tired, broken company that can't fix itself. Hire great people, only to downsize everyone within a few months. The only survivors are long term kiss ups. Operations are completely broken. There is no investment in technology or training and development
Cons
They don't care about their employees or students. Benefits suck - no 401k match and healthcare is very expensive. No advancement unless you're part of the C-Suite.
