      Educating people, forming connections with my students (both are independent of the company, note)

      Cons

      Management made openly discriminatory remarks at times, and the worst offenses, TWICE went into the system to manipulate my hours so I didn't get paid the overtime I had earned.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.

      Turning more salesy than helping students. Too much focus on hitting budget.
