Eh, its okay - Anonymous employee Kaplan Employee Review

no promotions or pay raises, even though inflation and rent is at all time high and what Kaplan continues to do is out source employees from India so they can pay them less and avoid giving employees who have been here for years any advancement. A lot of brilliant people who I started here with are now gone. I dont blame them! There are higher paying opportunities where leadership actually cares about advancing their employees. Not to mention giving standard of living raises that move with the economy.
