-below industry standard pay for entry- to mid-level jobs -top-heavy structure: most resources, money, etc. go to those at the upper echelons of the company, and every single decision needs to go through about twenty levels of bureaucratic nonsense before getting watered down enough to actually be allowed to use (ineffectively) -other than Julie Fuoti, it's men at the top and a female-heavy lower- and mid-management structure.
