Pros
Flexibility of schedule while in school; hourly wage above minimum; easy job to be hired if from a prestigious college. In short, it's a good first job/in-school part-time job.
Cons
Work is sporadic: it takes time to be trained before receiving any opportunities. Opportunities can pass by quickly and are seasonal. Depending on what area you're in, classes and students may be far away from you, and (in most cases) the time you spend getting there is not compensated for, which cuts into your earnings.
