      Pros

      You get to meet some nice students. Nothing good about the job.

      Cons

      compensation is ridiculously low, hours are awful and often you have to work overtime because turnover is so bad they need you to fill in nights and weekends when someone quits (which is quite often!)

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.

      Cons

      Turning more salesy than helping students. Too much focus on hitting budget.
