      virtual location, flexible schedules available, strong focus on developing employees and primarily inside hires lead to opportunities for new positions and skills development

      Cons

      maternity leave is nonexistent to poor, for a remote workforce the equipment provided (e.g. laptop) is low quality and prone to problems
