      There are some great people to work with there

      A merger in 2020 left people in charge who did not know how to run a business, and who did not care about their employees at all

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
