Pros
Total flexibility in teaching. Below is clearly a disgruntled employee who was probably fired for not maintaining the excellence rating required by teachers. It feels good to work for a company that cares so much about students (ex- Higher Score Guarantee: students who don't score higher get a full refund). Ability to teach from anywhere online and excellent experience in teaching strategy. I've been teaching a little over a year and have had nothing but top-notch training and GREAT money for a part-time job.
Cons
I love working here. In fairness, it is sometimes difficult to rely on student ratings of your teaching, but that worked as a motivator for me to be a great teacher.
