TESST College management provides zero training and support to new hires leaving them in the dark on how to do their job. No employee is held accountable for their actions towards one another or students. Cursing can commonly be heard from employees in the hall ways of the school. If you need help or have a suggestion or a problem with something you are told to keep it to yourself. The micromanaging is beyond healthy for employees. When walking in the hall way to the restroom I was asked why I was out of my seat. On my way back from the restroom 2 minutes later I was asked why I wasn't back in my seat yet. There is no motivation to do your best because you are constantly put down and made to feel inadequate. Laziness, crudeness, and dishonesty are common trades of employees there including management. Confiding in your supervisor about anything will only hurt you in the long run because of how "gossipy" the management and school is. Nothing is kept private. RUN from this company.
