1. Toxic work culture - Lot of Politics 2. Seat warmers and buttlicking culture is appreciated 3. Most Inhuman person is in human resources 4. No work life balance - if you try to set those boundaries - it is going further south for you. 5. Be aware of Regional director - she will interfere in every matter possible - micromanagement from top of the hierarchy 6. Discrimination against age 7. Unlawful terminations 8. No experienced person can be your mentor 9. No vision 10. Low compensation 11. Do not expect performance based raises or promotions 12. False promises for severance pay/ leaves/ other benefits. 13. Partiality at its peak - if you advocate against it - not gonna end well 14. Lack of flexibility- long working hours, no room for remote opportunities even if your whole team works remotely.
