      1. Work-life balance 2. Good people and great culture 3. Things have changed quite a bit in the past 1 year, lot of leadership focus on India. Good leaders driving India office now.

      None. Compensation may not be the best but it is industry standard.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
