      Flexi hrs n work location, 4 hrs lunchbreak, start work late n end early, slow pace, mostly working from home giving me ample family time at home & running errands

      Cons

      heavy workload but ok to pass it on to team members, full remote would be ideal

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
