Pros
- dedicated co-workers who are interested in education - free test prep materials - opportunities to cross-train in other areas - flexible schedule (great for students) - competitive pay
Cons
- moved to a "work from home" work style for full time employees that was rolled out too quickly - if you have multiple roles, you have multiple managers - at one point I had as many as 5 for three roles (teaching, front desk, marketing) - off-site managers can be tricky to work with - difficult to transfer from part time roles to full time roles
