      Very enthusiastic, smart group of people and a caring HR organization. Great brand recognition and future company growth.

      Cons

      The executive team is uninterested in the details of running the day-to-day business. Customer/employee-impacting decisions are made on little information. It's all about delivering profits at the expense of everything else.
