Pros
You get a lot of responsibility from the beginning. Also, if you are willing to live with the low pay for a few years, Kaplan is good about offering promotions if you are willing to relocate. If you put in some time, you can build your resume.
Cons
As stated in the pros section, the pay is low and the hours are long. Also, the products are very expensive and can be challenging to sell.
