      Great benefits! after 10 years get 4 weeks vacation plus PTO time, wonderful 401K plan w/Vanguard and hybrid pension plan where company contributes 10% of your salary monthly.

      Cons

      communication between other departments isn't the greatest (most of the company is working remote)
