The people and the culture are by and large amazing. Everyone is smart and dedicated to what they do. The company genuinely embraces its geekier side with things like TPT, the hackathon, Pi day, and other traditions. People become great friends, and everyone respects their colleagues. If you have a good manager who wants to develop you, they can and will. Also, as much as I failed to appreciate it at the time, technology setup was pretty good compared to other companies -- being able to handle a remote workforce was made a priority, and the tech generally supported it.
