Great people, will have an opportunity to do a lot of new stuff. Excellent place to grow yourself professionally. However, recently management has taken several negative steps, especially with the company culture - so a lot of the pros, are now in the past.
Cons
Kapost was once an excellent place to work. However, the company tried to grow too quickly, without building a solid foundation. When coming in, the culture was one of the strongest parts of Kapost - but over the last year, the company lost a founder who was a driving force for the culture - and since fired the HR team who were helping pick up the pieces. The CEO is a great person, but has too much heart in the company to look at what is best for the business - if Kapost is ever going to succeed, the board needs to look at him instead of the people they have been letting go. The ship is sinking and the strongest employees are jumping off fast.
