Located in downtown Boulder, dog-friendly, company lunch on Fridays encourages making connections outside your immediate team. They are trying to solve a legitimate problem for businesses and have a good concept that makes marketing content better.
Cons
There's a reason their growth has been flat for years - alarming rate of employee turnover has a negative impact on the customer base. Shame and blame culture inspires a lack of trust and creates a negative, toxic culture. That culture comes from the senior leadership. Newest senior leaders appear to be trying to change that but it's ingrained in the culture. One senior leader demonstrated unprofessional behavior on numerous occasions and continued the bad behavior - even in front of a customer.
