I'm challenged every day. By my customers, my team and my leadership. Combined with the fact that the product and my team are honestly delighting our customers each day, I'm surrounded with smart, ambitious people and feel fully supported by my leadership, makes those challenges very rewarding.

Cons

Nothing glaring on cons except small growing pains as we move from startup to full blown enterprise software company. We need to keep building up our engineering and product teams, our customers are hungry and pushing the platform.
