Pros

- Interesting intersection between Adtech and Fintech - Big customers on both sides that help you sell to new prospects - A lot of green space to sell into as the team is still small and the market large

Cons

- Given a lot of prospects to sell into, but sometimes it's too much and makes it hard to focus - Kard moves fast and that isn't for everyone. If you like the startup vibe, it's great for you, but for some it's not.

Pros

Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart. The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive. I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast. The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.

Cons

The remote structure took some adjusting to, but I have really settled into that, and the offsites help make up for in-person time.

Employees are paid very nicely. My direct manager was incredible.

Employees either stay a long time or are laid off after a short period of time.
