Pros

Benefits: For the Springfield, MO area, the benefits are outstanding. They include a full complement of heathcare, excellent vacation time, and reimbursement for such items as gym and telephone. Culture: Our office is one of the most comfortable environments I've worked in. It is virtually stress free and my co-workers are kind and thoughtful...and very funny! We are allowed a casual work dress and encouraged to involve ourselves in frequent office activities. Management: Our manager recently re-located to our office from Carlinville and his style of management is in keeping with the culture. He maintains an open office style and I have no hesitation to call him day, or night, should the need arise. Onboarding: My onboarding was facilitated by other employees but, for the most part, achieved on a time-table of my own making. I was given guidelines and allowed to learn at my own pace. There was no forced feeling or attitudes of judgement with regards to training. Travel: As a non-exempt employee, my travel time is paid, including overtime, and consideration is always tilted toward the safety of the employee.

Cons

As a satellite office, we sometime do not enjoy all the benefits of having our management on site. But for that same reason, our office lacks the issues that can present at a primary location. With the move of our manager to our office, our involvement with the main office has increased and integration improved.

Pros

Quality Product Great story for the company

Cons

Benefits are VERY expensive. Product is 50% more expensive than the closest two competitors and the primary competitor is arguably the same product for half the cost. Management thinks they can overcome that problem by "selling better" Extremely disorganized between departments. Overall sales structure creates in-fighting. More often than not, sales person is putting out fires that other departments started because they don't know any roles outside of their own. Sales process is taken away from sales person prior to deal officially closing but then if deal goes backwards, salesperson gets their commission taken back even though they weren't handling the rollout. Extremely complicated rollout process.
