Pros

Quiet atmosphere, some wings have lots of windows to see the outdoors. Come to work in plain clothes, no suits. People are friendly. Salary might be low competitively, but the easy work hours and little in-house competition might make it worthwhile for people with families or easygoing lifestyle. You can also work offsite if you clear it with higher-ups, and sometimes they'll issue you equipment. They may dilly dally on hiring, but once established for the most part they'll attempt to keep you around.

Cons

Despite good information network, information still seems to travel sluggishly. Sometimes hiring is quick and no questions asked, sometimes they sit on it forever. They mislead me sometimes with whether they were going to hire me or just keep me around as cheap help. They gave me little firing notice.

Pros

Quality Product Great story for the company

Cons

Benefits are VERY expensive. Product is 50% more expensive than the closest two competitors and the primary competitor is arguably the same product for half the cost. Management thinks they can overcome that problem by "selling better" Extremely disorganized between departments. Overall sales structure creates in-fighting. More often than not, sales person is putting out fires that other departments started because they don't know any roles outside of their own. Sales process is taken away from sales person prior to deal officially closing but then if deal goes backwards, salesperson gets their commission taken back even though they weren't handling the rollout. Extremely complicated rollout process.
