Pros

Decent enough coworkers and low stress work. Many of the customers are awesome to work with. You will not be bombarded with calls like a call center position would be. Option to work remotely.

Cons

Despite claiming to be family oriented, they offer no assistance or high enough pay to make childcare affordable and will force you to work in office regardless if you can't keep your kids silent in the background despite the good work you do (with the stats to back it up) and glowing customer reviews you receive. Raises are minimal and never cover cost of living increases. Pay is not competitive enough to ensure you'll get close to what you should be for the job.

Pros

Quality Product Great story for the company

Cons

Benefits are VERY expensive. Product is 50% more expensive than the closest two competitors and the primary competitor is arguably the same product for half the cost. Management thinks they can overcome that problem by "selling better" Extremely disorganized between departments. Overall sales structure creates in-fighting. More often than not, sales person is putting out fires that other departments started because they don't know any roles outside of their own. Sales process is taken away from sales person prior to deal officially closing but then if deal goes backwards, salesperson gets their commission taken back even though they weren't handling the rollout. Extremely complicated rollout process.
