Pros

Growing small business. Great part about this company is that it is using all the latest tools and technologies which is very important for a tech company. We also have lot of company activities which is great for employee moral.

Cons

Benefits is good but it can be improved. It will be good to have sick days other than just PTO. Get certification reimbursement and probably there should be PTO days for training. Company matching program for donation up-to certain limit.
