No work Ethics join in Karsun Solution - Senior Software Engineer Karsun Solutions Employee Review

Some of the Managers in the middle management are providing wrong informations to their upper management and the worst thing the upper management is just blindly support them. The managers are incompetent to do their technical jobs and give lot of pressure to their team. They support to their personal favorite people who doesn’t even know BASIC TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE to do their jobs and surviving without doing their own jobs and blaming others. I challenge if those people are out of Karsun they won’t find any job in the competitive market and the HR and upper management are not paying any attention at all. Nothing to say more, I personally feel Karsun is not at all good place to work and I won’t recommend any of my friends.
