Have a habit of hiring teams only to let entire teams go. This year, 2024 was the 3rd major let go in the last 3-4 years. They have let go of entire departments. When I was hired I had asked why such a huge hiring spree. The answer was very technical. Most people left good long term employers because they actively recruited folks, only to let go of them almost 2 years later. They did the same to the team before the most recent group. I’m not sure what’s happening exactly but I would strongly recommend against anyone moving to Kasasa.
In addition to this, management is running a 20 year old company like a start up still. The resources available do not meet the demands or expectations of the job. What should have been 40-45 hour weeks were closer to 65 hour work weeks for the majority of the Client Success team, if not more.
They laid off close to 200 people this past year that I know off only to rehire a new team.
Strong desire to succeed as a company but does not have the correct structure or leadership to move this forward. Not good at listening to feedback that could help.
Again, taking a job at Kasasa is a huge risk. You should be ready for them to let you go.
