Pros

Pay is good. You'd also be lucky if you have good accounts handed to you, as once you get the buy in from them its easy to continue building there. People are generally friendly too.

Cons

Management is too busy hiring and expanding without caring for proper training. The managers couldn't really care less if you're familiar with the products or services and would just expect you to get the gears running from the start. They mostly just care about the high performers so if you're a newbie, you're pretty on much on your own until you've proven yourself. Depending on the team you're on, the accounts you have are pretty bleak with a few good ones thrown for morale so you'd get to sell whether you're good or bad.
