      Pros

      Great product, very strong sales staff making it easier to support sales team. Great offices and great coffee with creamer.

      Cons

      Product is too large with too many components. Need to cut down on number of add-ons and get much more focused on key strengths.

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
