      Pros

      -Great location of HQ building, at the heart of Miami's Financial district -Good and friendly vibe

      Cons

      -Extremely high and worrisome turnover of personnel -Compensation agreements are not consistently respected -People are strictly a number that is either attained or not -No clear vision, bundling IT solutions from multiple companies out there under one umbrella

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      Cons

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.

      It is a job, yup

      Cons

      -Big work load -trained in multiple departments with no extra incentive, you have to manage a word load of multiple different departments. -voice is not heard as an employee -management is constantly changing, in my 2 years of being there, I had four different bosses -as long as you kiss butt to management, you will get promoted
