Pros
- Great pay and commission structure - There is a lot of room for upward mobility - There is a huge emphasis on company culture - Kaseya is growing rapidly which opens opportunities - Our CEO, Fred Vocolla, is a great CEO and has done an amazing job setting employees up for success and building the company into an IT powerhouse - Executives are willing to help and speak with your customers which is amazing and has never happened at another company I have worked at. This is a huge value add and can help build relationships with your customers
Cons
- There is no 401k matching - Besides that, there are some growing pains but management is aware and is doing their best to continue to improve upon this. There are very few cons though and I would highly recommend Kaseya
