World-Class Enablement: Kaseya invests in its employees by providing comprehensive sales and product training, with a focus on continual learning. Monthly training and certifications are offered. Kaseya is a Family: I found a supportive and close-knit group of individuals at Kaseya who all work towards a common goal. Personal fulfillment is just as important as financial success. Rapid Promotions: Opportunities for advancement are plentiful at Kaseya, with promotions possible within just 3-6 months. Clear guidelines and strong team support are in place for reps. Competitive Compensation: Kaseya offers highly competitive pay, with stock options for top performers and compensation plans designed to create wealth. Best-in-Breed Products: The IT Complete platform offered by Kaseya is comprehensive, automated, and priced well, catering to the multi-functional IT professional. TAM: Total Addressable Market: Kaseya offers a suite of solutions for the MSP and internal IT customer base, including the BCDR Suite, RMM Suite, Networking Suite, and more, to capture all revenue-generating opportunities. I have been at Kaseya for 3 years and in this time I have been promoted 6 times. The journey continues, the more I grow the more I realize I how much I have to learn!

      Cons

      I wish I had never done my Masters and started working at Kaseya right after college! Oh what Id give to board the RocketShip a bit earlier.

Leadership investment in top performers can be noticeable, especially when the company wants to retain key talent, and there are clear paths to grow into larger accounts or more strategic roles.

      Cons

      On the downside, Kaseya can be a demanding environment with high expectations and pressure to perform. Targets can be aggressive, and the pace is fast, especially toward the end of quarters.
