Pros
I have worked in a sales capacity for well over a decade at Kaseya. From the start, it’s been a “work hard, play hard” culture. Over the years, I have made life alerting money, great friends and achieved numerous professional milestones. I have elected to stay in an individual contributor role because of the lucrative compensation as well as my personal job preference…with that said, there have been tons of coworkers who have been promoted several times in less than a year…you want growth in your career? Kaseya’s the place! The organization is customers first and then results…in that order. Kaseya’s culture is fast paced and although training and support are constantly provided, (i.e., for role readiness as well as career growth), this is not the company to “show up and mail it in.” We run through the tape, work long hours and are pressed to achieve and to do so out of our comfort zone…that’s where you learn and grow (IMHO). It’s not all about the money, however, with great effort and constant improvement, I’ve made my largest W2’s working at Kaseya…the rewards for results and hard work have changed my life and my family’s life for the better. I would highly recommend Kaseya to those harder workers, who are humble/coachable, embrace change and want to succeed.
Cons
Although there are plenty of fun to be had at the office (beer Friday’s), Kaseya is not for someone who wants to be coddled and comfortable. Tools, training and support are provided and goals are a stretch, but fair.
