Thank you for sharing your experience. It is true that Kaseya has an on-site work policy without the option for remote work in most cases. This is because research indicates that team members collaborate more effectively, learn faster, and are more productive when they work together in an office environment. Additionally, it is our experience that after only a brief period of time on-site employees have a higher success rate and a significantly larger network than their peers who work mostly remote.

Kaseya moves fast, and there's never a dull day in Collections. If you're someone who likes to take ownership of your work and doesn't need constant hand-holding, you'll thrive here. The pace pushes you to get better quickly, and there's real opportunity for those who show up ready to work.

Cons

The fast pace can be an adjustment, especially early on. You need to be comfortable working independently and figuring things out — if you need a lot of structure or micromanagement, this probably isn't the right fit.
