You won't have time to use the breakroom as you will have 60 tickets in your queue. The engineering team constantly breaks things which floods the Technical support calls with issues that typically an L2/3 should handle. As an L1 you are expected to do a lot & for the pay, it's a lot of stress. Very high turnover, 20 people get hired, and maybe 4 stay if you are lucky. Only if they just paid more the workload would be justified & people would stay.
