Pros
Kaseya is a great place to work, especially if you are young, hungry and motivated to make an impact and grow within an organisation. Pay is good and if you are a high performer will make a lot of money quickly. The better you perform, the better the rewards will be - both in cash, equity and promotions. To summarise, if you are willing to work hard, you will be successful at Kaseya.
Cons
High expectations right off the bat - sink or swim. However, management is there for anyone who asks for help and anybody who asks for help receives it and there is support/ alternative options such as change of role for people who are willing to remain at Kaseya but maybe change roles if they would like to try something new.
