Pros

At Kaseya, you will receive an unwavering amount of opportunities to grow as a professional. The ever changing dynamic and pace isn’t for everyone but if you are someone that thrives in a fast paced environment then it’s a great place. You have the autonomy to really build a name for yourself and a global company that is unrivalled in comparison to other large firms. There is a lot of rewards for your efforts with opportunity to obtain equity, pay rises and promotions available. The work you do gets recognised all the way up to exec level. I’ve loved it since day 1.

Cons

The pressured environment isn’t for everyone so be mindful when joining the pace is relentless.

Kaseya moves fast, and there's never a dull day in Collections. If you're someone who likes to take ownership of your work and doesn't need constant hand-holding, you'll thrive here. The pace pushes you to get better quickly, and there's real opportunity for those who show up ready to work.

Cons

The fast pace can be an adjustment, especially early on. You need to be comfortable working independently and figuring things out — if you need a lot of structure or micromanagement, this probably isn't the right fit.
