      Pros

      Products are solid but Kaseya still screws up the billing. Don’t believe them when they say it’s fixed.

      Cons

      Kaseya is a very toxic company with unrealistic expectations that hardly anyone achieves. In office micromanagement, year over year drops in commission, higher and higher quota, this place is a joke. You think it’s not that bad until you leave and then you really realize how bad it was.
