      Pros

      Amazing team. interesting products. office located in the city center. easy to get knowledge and develop yourself

      Cons

      poor long term planning, no consistency in priorities, work from office policy ( for some people). difficult to get any real promotions (mostly it's just getting new responsibilities, without even a title change)
