      Paying good Salary, better than most of the companies in Ireland. Has their R&D in Dundalk. Get to work with US (Datto) folks

      Cons

      Micro Management. Work Culture us very Toxic, feels like in School, have to take break on time and stuff. Can let you go, if the metrics did not meet, without given u warning, even u are on ur probation
