Good community and work-life balance, but outdated tech and bad management system - Software Engineer Kaspersky Employee Review

There is a lot of cons. Awful tasks (maybe they are not just not for me) so that the reason i why i didnt decide to decrease rating because of that. No clear review process or feedback and even worse they way you have been reviewed is almost close to pushed LOC. Very deprecated techologies, working on them feels like stopping in 2017. Impossible to grow fast you literally caged in the system.
