Easily hiring process overall quicker than other jobs i had

I worked for this janitorial company for a period of time, and while the job itself was straightforward, the overall experience was disappointing. Raises were discussed but never materialized, and favoritism played a role in how workloads and schedules were handled. The amount of work assigned often felt higher than what the pay reflected, and concerns raised to management or HR were rarely addressed in a meaningful way. Communication was inconsistent, and employees did not feel particularly valued or supported. This may be an acceptable short-term job for some, but I would recommend asking very specific questions about workload, raises, and expectations before accepting a position.
